RE:  Corona Virus/ Covid-19


The coronavirus situation has created a high level of concern throughout our community.  To help keep our tenants and staff as safe as possible, TBS Properties, LLC, has instituted certain policies effective immediately.

  • Our maintenance staff will diligently clean high touch areas in the buildings.
    We encourage all communications via email and if need be, telephone. We would like to minimize people coming into the office.
  • TBS Properties, LLC, will be working with the reduced office staff.
  • If possible, please pay your rent online.
  • Maintenance staff will not address non-emergency repairs for the next two weeks.  If you have a non-emergency repair--cosmetic, non-safety related, etc., please contact us directly and we will make sure that your non-emergency repair gets added to our list. 
  • We care about our maintenance staff and vendors that help keep the buildings moving.  Please limit your contact with them during these times.

We recognize that this is a stressful time and will continue to adjust and communicate as the situation requires.  Please feel free to contact management with any questions or concerns.  Our goal remains to keep our residents and staff safe.
